Now a full 20 years later, and the show is going to continue, at least that is what the early details are. The new show or reboot (no pun intended) will center around J.R.’s and Sue Ellen’s son John. His rivalry will be Bobby Ewing’s adopted son Christopher.
The show’s biggest stars set to appear are Larry Hagman, Patrick Duffy, Linda Gray, and Charlene Tilton all are signed on for 10 new episodes. Rumored to have an arc in the series is J.R.’s nemesis Cliff Barnes played by Ken Kercheval. The pilot was shot earlier this year, with the remaining episodes to have begun production in August.
So are you ready to revisit the Southfork Ranch? Is this a show that is on your most see radar?

Always hilarious and sometimes controversial, All in the Family was one of the best shows on Television, and the episode “Archie the Hero” from season 6 was probably the funniest and most controversial.
