So after last weeks episode of Nurse Jackie, I was a little bit disappointed. This week however was a vast improvement over last week. The episode starts off with Jackie finding Kevin’s sister Tunie in the girls room. You see the camera pan down to the pack of Malboro’s.
Then we get to see a Peyton family breakfast, as Jackie appears to be sucking up to Kevin. Tunie is eating the girls breakfast when Jackie asks her if she would like a plate. This scene is extremely funny.Tunie has a mouth on her, and she is to be heartbroken from her pilot love affair.
For the life of me I kept saying we knew Tunie from somewhere, and it turns out I was right! Tunie is played by Jaimie Alexander, and what show was she on? Kyle XY!!! OMG I’m so happy that she is back in another show. I absolutely loved Kyle XY until it was abruptly cancelled.
It looks as if the Jackie / O’hara feud is finally coming to an end. This makes me happy as I enjoy Edie Falco and Eve Best when they get those special scenes to play together.
Jackie again is still popping those blue pills, it is said to be Percocet, but in the photos I’ve seen Percocet is white. So I guess it’s us as viewers to use our imaginations.
The scene with the two meat vendors was absolutely priceless. Although they never really finished the ER scenes. What happened to the woman that they had to move to another hospital? Jackie tells the husband that the ambulance arrives, did she make it? I have no disrespect for religious views but this guy was being a real asshole.
So what’s in store for Tunie? Will Eddie and Tunie go out? This would really complicate things. Although in the next week glimpse we see Kevin has left as the camera pans in on an empty closet. We will have to wait and see!
So far this season of Nurse Jackie is about on par with the last two, although I’d still say the first season was the best. So what are you thoughts? Do you like this third season of Nurse Jackie?

At lunch, Jackie informs Dr. O’Hara about Grace’s panic attack at school and about Cooper finding out she has a kid in the first place. Unfortunately, she is unaware that Eddie also knows this to be true until she pays him a visit later on and he asks how her kid is doing.

Stephanie is able to take her Mom home, and Jackie makes sure they don’t leave without a goodie bag from the pharmacy, and her cell number in case Stephanie ever has any problems with Mom. Jackie’s stroke patient’s family becomes to hard to handle and they don’t think she’s doing enough for her husband, so Jackie makes up some notecards for the man so he can tell his nagging wife to “Shut the F**K UP! Seriously.” Mrs. Akalitus accidentally tasers herself when she finds a taser lying about the hospital floor. Back at home Kevin informs Jackie that Grace had a complete meltdown when her pencil lead kept breaking, and receives a call on her cell from Stephanie that her Mom was having problems moving her arm. Jackie instructs her to take one of the Percocets (little blue pills) she gave her, cut 1 in half and give it to her with some juice. As we see Jackie talking Stephanie through the procedure, we see Jackie doing the same thing at home, and afterwards tells Stephanie, “She’ll be fine!”
of Showtime’s original series, Nurse Jackie. In Episode 4, or “School Nurse”, a 7-year-old boy is rushed to All Saints Hospital after falling from playground equipment. Zoey tries to comfort the boy’s mother and twin brother, which stirs up memories for “Mo Mo” whose twin brother died when he was 1-year-old.
