In “Machetes Up Top”, Nancy receives a message from Guillermo and must visit him in prison without Esteban finding out.  That means ditching the goon that Esteban has keeping Nancy “company”.  During her visit Guillermo blames her for the DEA finding ans shutting down his magical tunnel, which she denies.  When he finds out that she is “with child”, namely Esteban’s, he tells her she is doomed to find herself dead in some landfill with her lady parts cut out, since she is not Esteban’s wife and only the knocked up whore whose life and the life of her unborn child are of no meaning.

Elsewhere, at Nancy’s estranged sister Jill’s house, Andy tells Jill that Nancy would like her to take Shane in to live with her and her husband and twin daughters and that it is for his own safety.  Reluctant to do anything for a sister who only talks to her when she needs something, Jill agrees.  After Jill and Andy knock off about a case of wine, and Jill pours out her feelings about how both she and Andy are so unappreciated, they end up getting it on. And Shane captures all the action on his cell phone camera!

In the National Forest, Doug and Silas run into some trouble finding a place to grow their weed and narrowly escape with their heads intact, minus their weed which was taken by some goons who had the same idea of growing pot in the forest.

Somewhere in Mexico, now that Quinn was kicked to the curb by her rebel leader boyfriend, Celia is given her freedom.  But, with nowhere to go and all her friends and ex-husband caring less about her well-being, she decides to stay, and organizes her captors weaponry with “Machetes Up Top” of the shelves.

Elsewhere, fearful for her life, Nancy pays Dean a visit to have him draw up a last will incase something should happen to her, naming Silas as Shane’s legal guardian. Nancy ends up in a Japanese restaurant, drinks herself silly and pays Esteban a surprise visit.  She confronts him with her new found information and asks when she will wind up in a landfill.  Esteban tells her he hasn’t decided that yet, and in turn she pulls a gun, points the barrel at her tummy, puts the trigger in his hand and tells him to decide NOW!  Bad move Nancy!  Esteban throws her on a table,  pulls down her skirt and reminds her who is in charge!!
